Webinar details:

Large enterprises and startups go through various phases of product from cradle to grave. Some identify these phases as ideation, mvp, growth, maintenance and then a potential end of life. These phases are common across the enterprises and startups but the dynamics of these two settings significantly change the approach to building delightful products.

This session covers the practical learnings, navigation and case studies of that product journey in the backdrop of an enterprise as well as a startup. It covers key topics of product market fit, criticality of user and buyer personas, go-to-market strategies etc. Product market fit is a critical aspect for any product during inception specially for an early stage startup. It is equally important at growth and at scale, even for a large enterprise rendering product market fit as a journey, rather than a destination.
